Graduated rates apply only to calls within each band, per product, per month. The estimator shows the proposed tiered pricing experience; current Stream metering uses a flat unit rate. All prices and plan allowances are illustrative for this demo. VAT is added at checkout.

What happens if I exceed my plan?

Your included allowance resets each month. Additional successful verifications are billed using the published pay-as-you-go unit rates for each product. Failed verifications do not count.

Can I change plans or add-ons?

Yes. Your billing portal lets you switch between Launch, Growth and Scale, manage eligible add-ons and review the timing and proration before confirming.

How do SAR and AED work?

Choose Saudi Arabia or the UAE in the navigation. That currency follows your plan selection, sign-in, checkout and invoices. Each regional demo account has its own billing history.

Can I try the demo again?

Yes. Sign in as Namaa and use Reset demo at the top of Billing to begin a fresh inbound journey. The Stream usage account remains separate.
